Leadership Lessons from the Pandemic: How to support BIPOC employees in the workplace

About the service

90-minute workshop

This workshop provides leaders with a summary of the positive experiences of BIPOC employees during the lockdown and how working from home improved their overall sense of satisfaction and comfort with their jobs as well as their productivity.

BIPOC employees reported:

  • Increased productivity
  • Increased comfort in their jobs
  • Less burnout
  • Less stress and exhaustion at the end of the day

This workshop is focused on six steps programs leaders can implement to create a safer, more equitable and inclusive workplace for their BIPOC employees.

It speaks to the importance of what may be perceived as ‘minor things’ but when taking into consideration they are easy to adjust and provide you with a high return on your investment

For this, I’m going to also send you a few articles we could maybe add to the page as quotes, especially anything with number/percentages re: improved experience working from home or the opposite – the difficulties working in the office.
