The Resilient Leadership Institute™ Certification is a comprehensive 3-month accelerated program designed for leaders who want to transform how they lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations. How long is the program?

The program is a 3-month accelerated cohort that runs from January 15 to April 9, 2026.

What format is the program offered in?

The program is offered in a hybrid format, combining:

  • In-person kickoff retreat (1.5 days in Denver with virtual option)
  • Live virtual training modules (6 sessions, 90 minutes each)
  • Group coaching sessions (6 sessions via Zoom)
  • Self-directed learning through readings and capstone project
  • LMS portal access for ongoing resources

Upon completion, participants earn the Certified Resilient Leadership Practitioner™ certification.

Does this program offer professional development credits?

Yes! The Resilient Leadership Institute™ is an Official SHRM Recertification Provider. Participants can earn 23 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® certifications:

  • 12 PDCs from instructor-led sessions
  • 11 PDCs from self-directed learning (readings and capstone project)
What is the time commitment for self-directed learning?
  • Reading Assignments: Approx. 6 hours total
  • Capstone Project Development: 4 hours
  • Peer sharing and reflection: 1 hour
  • Total self-directed learning: 11 hours

What is the Capstone Project?

The capstone project challenges participants to apply trauma-informed and healing-centered leadership strategies in their real-world professional environment. It includes:

  • Development of a personal leadership credo
  • Written or visual reflection (vision board, presentation)
  • Peer sharing and reflection session
  • Final presentation during the July 2 capstone session
How much time should I expect to spend on the capstone?

Approximately 5 hours total:

  • 4 hours for project development
  • 1 hour for peer sharing and reflection

Marisol Solarte-Erlacher, MA, LPC

Marisol Solarte-Erlacher is a nationally recognized trauma expert, leadership strategist, and keynote speaker with over two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations build resilience, navigate adversity, and lead with authenticity. As the founder of the Resilient Leadership Institute™, she brings a trauma-informed and healing-centered approach to leadership development—rooted in deep psychological insight, cultural wisdom, and systems-level understanding.
Marisol currently serves as a lead facilitator for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation, where she works with civic and corporate leaders to deepen their impact through self-awareness, equity, and community-centered leadership.
A licensed psychotherapist and seasoned consultant, Marisol has partnered with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and companies to transform workplace culture, reduce burnout, and foster psychological safety. Her facilitation style is bold, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing and leadership are deeply interconnected.

Norka Ayllón, LPC

Norka Ayllón is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Denver, Colorado—ancestral land of the Arapaho and Ute peoples. She weaves healing practices rooted in her Peruvian Andean Amazonian heritage into both her counseling and leadership training work.
After a decade in the nonprofit sector, Norka established her private practice and has spent the past nine years focusing on decolonized, embodied leadership. Her work supports clients in achieving not only sustainability, but also thriving in both their personal and professional lives.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Community Counseling, both earned with honors. In addition to her formal education, Norka has studied Andean Cosmology and was ordained as a Priestess in 2022 by her teacher and mentor, Ninfa Gutierrez, a member of the Andean Amazonian cultures of Peru.

Beth Kelley, CPCC, PCC, LPC

Beth Kelley is a transformational leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator. As a coach, Beth works with organizations to build conscious leaders, resilience, and healthy teams for clients dedicated to developing more holistic, human centered models to care for their people. She brings humor, expertise, and a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human experience.
Beth is  the co-author of Teaching, Learning, and Trauma (Corwin 2021), a certified Co-Active coach (CPCC) and PCC credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation ((ICF). She is practically a Denver native and enjoys making in her art studio and hanging out with friends.
