A year-long journey focused on changing your workplace’s culture to one that’s resilient and sustainable.

We offer a comprehensive training program designed for both employees and leadership/management. The program offers a total of 8 training sessions, with 4 sessions specifically tailored for employees and 4 leadership sessions designed to help support your employees’ learning. The training can be delivered in the format that fits your team’s needs– in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid model. Plus, the material will be available for on-demand viewing or make-up sessions.

Additionally, the year-long program includes a needs assessment with key staff members to tailor the training sessions for employees. The leadership training provides a deep dive into the content offered to employees, and gives leaders the skills necessary to support their employees’ development of the skills necessary to mitigate chronic stress and build resilience. 

Other features of the program include 12-month access to webinars for all staff and leadership, to refresh, go deeper, or catch up on the skills and content offered in each workshop. Further, the year-long package offers one-on-one meetings with Marisol for extra support and exploring the content further.
