About the service

This 60 or 90 minute workshop focused on the basics. In this session, the body’s basic stress responses to external circumstances and the brain’s processing of stress are laid out so that participants understand what’s happening when they’re stressed and how to best respond to manage that stress. We also cover important tools for reducing vulnerability to stress by engaging in preventative measures to increase resiliency and comfort with emotions. The goal of this workshop is to improve mood and overall emotional mastery for your employees both in the workplace and at home, using the following development objectives:

  1. How to identify common triggers in the workplace that activate the stress response. 
  2. Understand the basic stress response in the body and brain
  3. Learn steps to manage and reduce or eliminate those responses so you can stay focused and calm in the workplace.
